We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

How many weddings does your facility hold a day?

We hold one wedding at a time.

I am interested in touring Clarks Landing?

We are  open 6 days a week – Tues. thru Friday 9am – 5:30pm and Sat/Sun. 9:30am – 5pm please call for availability on weekends, due to weddings in the evenings so call for availability. You can all us at · 856.461.2700 to arrange for a tour.

Pricing?

Depending on a few factors which include guaranteed guest count, time of year and day of the week our prices may vary. Our pricing ranges from $80 – $115

Can we use an outside caterer?

We do not allow outside catering at Clarks Landing. We offer an award winning Executive Chef with over 40 years of experience who is well versed in International Cuisine.  Please feel free to make an appointment with us for any specialty items to customize your menu for your wedding day.

Do you offer Shuttle Service/provide DJ/Florist, etc?

We do not offer these services but we have a list of preferred vendors – Best of the Best Professionals who we recommend.  Click here for the list of our Preferred Vendors.

What can I expect the day of my wedding?

From the moment you arrive, until the very last dance, your bridal attendant will be there for you every step of the way. Allow yourself to indulge in the day, as our team ensure that every detail you’ve worked so hard for, is executed flawlessly. You will be treated like royalty with your own private bridal suite and your personal attendant for the day. We are there to allow you to have a worry free wedding!

What time may we arrive for our event?

You and your bridal party may arrive two hours prior to the start of the ceremony. The event is 5 and a half hours with a ceremony on-site and 5 hours if it is without a ceremony.

Are we allowed to decorate the pergola?

Yes please feel free to peruse the photos in our gallery of how the Pergola has been customized.

Will we have to set up décor for our wedding?

We provide you with wedding specialists who are there for you for whatever you may need/any questions you may have. Our team takes care of your tastings, finalizing meeting, wedding set up, etc.

You may bring any assembled decorations, etc. the week of your wedding.  We will take care of setting up and breaking down all of your items and have them packed neatly in someone’s car that evening.

Is on-site photography available?
The grounds (including the docks) are available for photography on your wedding day. As your guests enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, take your wedding photos with the breathtaking views of the docks and stunning sunset backdrops we offer. You can use one of our Best Of The Best List of Vendors to plan amazing photography for your special day.
Can you tell me a bit about the planning process?

Our experienced Special Events Consultants are there to oversee every single aspect of your wedding day. Our team is available 6 days a week – for whenever a question may arise. We assist your planning and will help you plan necessary appointments, a menu tasting and your ceremony rehearsal. We will be there to handle any surprises that pop up so you have worry free weeks leading up to your wedding and a worry free wedding day!

Can we Just hold our Ceremony At Clarks Landing?

Yes, we allow ceremony only onsite, if it works with the schedule of events already booked for that day

Where is The Clarks Landing located?

When was the Clarks Landing founded?

Drawing on the Truesdale family’s 30 plus years experience, Clarks Landing in Delran was flawlessly designed and built with “state of the art” attention to detail while maintaining the regal elegance of a castle. The building was originally built in late 1800s – early 1900s. Hosting only one wedding at a time makes us “exclusively yours” so that our wedding professionals can attend to each and every detail of the day you have dreamed about and planned, for so long.

Clarks Landing Yacht Club, Delran was formerly known as “The Castle Yacht Club.” We reopened the doors once again and welcomed the first Bride and Groom on March 17, 2012.  The day could not have been more perfect for the outdoor garden ceremony and the evening dancing waterside.  The venue is stunning and filled with excitement from the newly engaged couples taking tours, right down to the staff.

CLARKS LANDING NOW

Just as Roderick Clark’s vision of Clarks Landing became a reality, a new vision exists today under the ownership and guidance of the Truesdale Family.

Now the Clarks Landing family consists of multiple marinas, boat sales facilities and wedding destinations throughout New Jersey and Maryland,with Point Pleasant always being the birthplace of the company. The catering hall in Point Pleasant finished construction in 2009 adding the ability for Clarks Landing to hold weddings with scenic views of the river. There are also plans that were approved in February 2017, to construct another permanent facility on the property to expand the wedding possibilities. The latest Marina has just opened early in 2017 on Kent Island and complements the two Maryland waterfront, full-service yacht yards in Chester and Shady Side. The latest wedding destination, The Mill Lakeside Manor, in Spring Lake New Jersey, joined the Clarks Landing family in February 2017.

Are there any extra fees associated with having my wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club?

We do not have any hidden fees.  If you choose to hold your ceremony onsite, you will incur a ceremony fee that includes the set-up and break-down of the ceremony, chairs, a hostess welcoming your guests with a water and lemonade/iced tea station and a one hour rehearsal the week of your wedding.

Is the wedding cake included?

Yes, your personalized wedding cake is included.  You will enjoy  a cake tasting and of course the designing of your personalized wedding cake, at DiBartolo’s Bakery in Collingswood.

What types of ceremony space can we choose from?

We offer two outdoor locations, garden side filled with bright, beautiful blooms or say I do by the water.  For a more intimate setting, join us in the ballroom.

Do you offer a food tasting prior to our wedding?

Yes, about six months before your wedding  prior to finalizing your menu, the two of you plus four additional guests will be invited to a complimentary tasting.

Is there a Bridal Suite/Groom Suite?

We offer a Bridal Suite with your own private bathroom for your convenience.  When the groomsmen arrive before a ceremony, they have access to the entire cocktail hour room.

Is alcohol included in our wedding package?

We allow you to bring in all of your own alcohol to create more flexibility in the open bar at your wedding.  We work with you and offer a suggested alcohol list based on your guest number.  Bartenders, mixers, garnishes, juices, sodas, coffees and teas are all included on the house.

What is the nearest overnight non-hourly accommodations for our guests?

We have a list of hotel accommodations located in our Best of the Best Professionals list on our website.  There are hotels 12-15 minutes away from Clarks Landing Yacht Club.

Who will be on-site during the day/night of my wedding?

Our couples are greeted by their personal bridal attendant whom they will have for the duration of the event, our Maitre D along with the professionally trained serving staff along with two room captains.

Is there a discounted price for vendors and children?

All vendors and children ages 12 and under are half price.  Any children under 4 are free.

What else other than the food is included in your wedding package?

All linens, china, Chivari chairs, uplighting in our tray ceiling, silk floral centerpieces and tea light candles, and a customizable champagne greeting  are also provided in our wedding package.

How many weddings will take place at the same time as mine?

We only host one wedding at a time so that we may focus on just you and your guests.

How long do we have the venue for the day/night of our wedding?

You and your bridal party may arrive two hours prior to the start of the ceremony.  The event is 5 1/2 hours with a ceremony on-site and 5 hours if you are getting married off site with just the reception at Clarks Landing. You may purchase an extra hour if you wish.
